Stress And Hair Loss Relation
Hair loss has now been related to
stress especially in the case of Alopecia which is the common term
for baldness. Alopecia as defined by Wikipedia, as a condition of
hair loss in the scalp or any other part of the body. The major cause
of alopecia is stress. Stress is the common cause of many sicknesses
in the human body. This has been overlooked for a long time but
recently it has been proven in many scientific researches that
stress has a lot to do with many common diseases in the body
especially in the skin and hair. What do you think is the cause of
premature aging? Of course it is stress. Stress damages many cells in
the body causing your skin and body to age rapidly. When you are
stressed you will notice that your body feels tired. Your hair
becomes unmanageable. Your scalp becomes flaky. The good news is that
stress can be avoided. Yes, stress can be avoided if you teach
yourself the basic techniques on how to handle, minimize or maybe
eliminate it from happening at all.
First of all you must find out what is
the real cause of that stress you are in now. Is it really that big
or are you just the one creating it to that size that it seems to be.
The answer is YES. You are the one who is just making it that big.
You are bigger than stress and you must believe that you can conquer
it. You must learn how to let things go. No use to keep on thinking
about bad things or problems that is happening to you. Accept reality
and think about the bright side always and move on. Don't punish
yourself. Always believe that there is a solution to all problems.
Relax. Relaxing makes you be in control of everything and you can
think more clearly. Don't panic. Always think that Someone up there
is watching you and is always ready to help you if you need Him.
Start now with a new, more confident you. Everything will be alright.
Soon everyone will start to notice and see new you. Relax. Be happy.
